About Counterpoint Recording Productions
Rob and I started our studio with the thought
of doing our own
personal recordings. Then the thought hit us, we could help
our friends
who sing, save them lots of money, and still give them top of
the line
quality. As performers ourselves, we realize the importance
of product sales.
We sing wherever the Lord opens the door for ministry, but sometimes
churches can’t support our financial needs. Therefore,
our philosophy is to
give the artist top quality product at a very reasonable price
so that they
can start making a profit quickly. We can do this because Rob
and
I can engineer, produce, arrange, and play on the sessions.
All of this is a factor in keeping the cost down.
We have two fully equipped studios as well as mastering, post-production,
graphic design, and manufacturing facilities. We are a non-commercial
studio.
We only record Christian music, from Southern Gospel to Contemporary
Christian and all styles in-between. We’ve been told that
we’re crazy for being
so selective with our clientele, but after 700+ projects we
don’t feel so crazy.
We also have an in-house publishing company for our song writers
and
can offer CD single releases and promotion. Before your record
