Dr. Charles Novell    - Doctorate in Music, Vocal and Piano emphasis, Director of CNSM, Studio Engineer,  Arranger and Producer, Owner of Counterpoint Recording Productions. He has a Grammy nomination award for the album of Elvis Presley's Favorite Hymns with JD Sumner and The Stamps Quartet.

Rob Novell  - Assistant Director, Musician & Studio Producer, Formerly with Perfect Heart.  In full time ministry in Atlanta, GA. serving as a Master's Commission Director.

Barbara Novell  - Business Administrator, Coordinator of Events, and Student Activities.  Barbara is the liaison between Dr. Novell and Murray State University Officials.

Jay Boyce  - Jay comes from a rich heritage of family musicians and singers.  He’s an accomplished Soloist, Group Singer, Choir Director, Vocal Coach, and accomplished Songwriter. Jay has graced the stage with such artist of Gold City, Mark Trammell Trio, The Booth Brothers and many others.  Jay teaches voice, song writing, and performance training.

Jeanie Cameron Vargo  - In the field of Christian and Southern Gospel Music, Jeanie is a 30 year veteran Recording Artist, Background Singer, Pianist, Arranger, Song Writer, and Vocal Coach. Jeanie has two Dove Award nominations, seven Singing News Favorite Soprano nominations, is a past winner of The Best Female Vocalist in the Voice Gospel Music Publication, and has a Grammy Award nomination.

Bo Sullivan  - Bo is an excellent Vocalist, Arranger, and Song Writer.  He has been a member of The Mike Speck Trio, Squire Parsons Ministry, and is in great demand as a Soloist.  He has expertise in Vocal Coaching, Group Training, and has done extensive Vocal Back Up work both in the recording studio and on stage.  Bo’s personality and charm makes him a pleasant experience with whom to study.

Marti Ledford  - Vocal coach, seminar speaker, specialty in vocal coaching, organized groups.  Marti is a vocal coach for many nationally known Christian artists.

Phil Summerford  - Singer, Evangelist, Church Music Clinician, and Church Music Instructor. He is very gifted in the field of Choral Technique, and Praise and Worship Music. Phil is one of our instructors in Music Theory, Sight Singing and Vocal Styling’s.
